EXPLORE after school intervention and enrichment classes start next week! Please check Rooms tonight to see which class your child is enrolled in. A signed permission slips confirms their enrollment. If you are still need to turn in your permission slip, you may not see the class on Rooms yet. Thank you for turning in your permission slips as soon as possible!

We are incredibly fortunate to have such a vibrant school community, and our success is powered by the dedication, time, and leadership of our committee members. Right now, several of our Leadership Committees need parent and community representatives.

We invite you to take an active role in shaping our school’s future—partner with us to plan events, guide strategy, and participate in key decision-making. Your voice makes all the difference!

When parents join the PTA, amazing things happen for our school! Your membership isn't just a sign-up—it’s a direct investment in our students' everyday experience.

September is PTA Membership Month. You might ask yourself, "Why Join the PTA?". Memberships help fund and support advocacy for public education funding and policies at local, state, and national levels. Membership dues directly back student programs, classroom events, and so much more!
Joining builds a stronger, more inclusive network for children and families.

We currently have a little over 130 members so far. We are counting on the support from school staff, Conway families and community members to meet our goal of 200 memberships.

Let's not forget we have our membership contest going on right now. So far we have Mrs. Devlin's class in the lead for primary grades, and a tie between Mrs. Andaya & Mrs. Friar in the lead for upper grades. September 18 is the last day to have your membership count towards the opportunity to win a Pizza Family Day at Lunch. Good luck everyone!

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out to our Chuck E. Cheese fundraiser last week. Thanks to your incredible support, we’re confident this was our most successful turnout yet! We truly couldn't have done it without our amazing community.

As a Community School, we believe bringing vital health services directly to our campus—removing barriers like transportation and missed workdays. We are committed to supporting the whole student and their family by providing accessible, high-quality healthcare right where you live and learn.

EUSD has partnered with Neighborhood Healthcare to make dental care accessible to ALL students. Yes, students with medical, private or no insurance are eligible to receive services onsite at Conway during school hours.

Students who submit a waiver will be seen by a Dentist or a Registered Dental Hygienist on-site at your child’s school.
Services that the Mobil Dental Bus offers include:

• Complete Dental Exam
• Fluoride Treatment
• X-rays
• Teeth Cleaning
• Pictures of his/her teeth
• Sealants

What does this mean for families and students?
Less absences for students. Healthier students. Families don't have to worry about asking for time off work or transportation to and from appointments. The list goes on and on.

What should I do if I already have a dental provider?
Great! Please feel free to submit a waiver with your insurance information. We’ll verify their eligibility and last service date to ensure they receive the care allowed according to their plan's coverage.

What should I do if I want my child to participate?
Please complete and return the waiver available in the school’s front office or complete the digital form by clicking the button below.

School picture day is scheduled for Tuesday, September 22.
ALL students will have their picture taken.

This a FREE Opportunity for Families.

Their will be a Community Food Distribution on Thursday, September 17 at Farr Ave Elementary. Recipients will need to fill out an intake form to receive food items.
