Family Weekly Update #9

A Note from Our School

As the weather changes, we see an uptick in Lost and Found items. We had some families collect lost items during Parent Conferences, however, we still have a large collection of Lost and Found. Please stop by ASAP to collect lost items.

Pioneer will be making a donation of all items not collected on October 30th.

Parking Reminders

We need your support. We continue to have challenges with families parking their car in the red zone and not pulling forward to keep the flow of traffic moving.

It’s crucial that cars not be left unattended in the red zones - specifically in the Lincoln lot in the circle.

Please help support your fellow Puma families in having a stress free pick up and drop off.

PTA - Membership Drive

Our goal this year is 260 members this year and we hope to meet that goal by October 30. As of today, we have 204 members. Please help us reach our goal by joining! There are envelopes in the front office or you can sign up online using Totem. Your donations provide support for the numerous opportunities, events, and programs for all of our Pumas! Thank you for your support!

The class with the highest percentage of families joining will win a class party.

Birthday Celebrations/Food, Etc.

In accordance with EUSD's nutrition policy, we respectfully ask that you not send food items for your student’s birthday. Students with allergies may be impacted by unknown items and we want to ensure the safety of all of our students. There are many other items that students enjoy for celebrations including pencils, small erasers, stickers, etc.

Escondido Street Fair

EUSD will be attending the Escondido Street Fair on Sunday, October 25, from 9:00-5:00. We hope you will attend and come visit us! There will be activities for our Pumas! The superintendent, principals, staff, and families will be welcoming our wonderful families of EUSD.
