Principal's Message
I hope you’ve all had an amazing summer! My break was filled with visiting my grandson Teddy in Utah, trips to the beach, mountains, and desert, as well as some fun amusement park time with my daughters. As wonderful as vacation was, I am excited for the new school year and can’t wait to welcome all of our students back!
As your principal, my commitment is to treat your children with the same love, care, patience, and dedication I’ve always wanted for my own daughters and I hope that your kids will love coming to school just as much as mine did when they were younger.
This summer, our Quantum team worked tirelessly to design a school year that promises to be our best one yet. We will stay deeply focused on our Quantum Academy Core Values (opens in a new tab)... and we are going to have a blast every step of the way!

School Begins on Tuesday, August 18
We're looking forward to seeing all of our students on August 18. School will begin at 8:15 that morning with gates opening at 7:45.
While we normally ask parents to say goodbye at the gates, for the first day of school, parents are welcome to walk their child through the gates if they would like.

Each Monday evening, we'll send out a Parent Bulletin.

New Student Orientation On Monday, August 17
On the day before school begins, we will be hosting a new student orientation for all new students AND parents.
- Date: Monday, August 17 (day before school starts)
- Time: 9:00 a.m.
- Location: Our Great Hall
No need to RSVP - just come to Quantum that morning and be ready to learn about our amazing school!

Message From Our School Nurse, Leilani Sanchez
Welcome back to school! I take pride in being the nurse at Quantum, and I look forward to an exciting new school year with all of our new and returning students.
The office will be open and available to accept student medications starting on Wednesday, August 5th.
- To accept any medications, I will need a physician's order dated anytime after 7/1/26.
- Medication must be in its original form (labels from the pharmacy, student's name, and DOB on the medication).
- Please know that students who require emergency medications (epi-pens, rescue inhalers) cannot start school until the medication and orders are in the Nurse's Office.
- Since we typically have such hot days at the start of the year, please be sure to keep your children hydrated, apply sunscreen regularly, and check for chapped lips.

Aquatica
Quantum Academy Aquatica — Friday, August 21
Our 7th graders will facilitate their first Project-Based Learning (PBL) activity of the year - Quantum Aquatica where our students will turn our grass area into a water park for all of our students to enjoy!
For Aquatica day, students should bring a bathing suit, a change of clothes, a towel, sun screen, water bottle, a hat, and consider wearing goggles as it gets a little soapy!
